Cooperation with Business Owners
TalkToTheManager will cooperate with business owners in the event that the client (business client of TalkToTheManager), agent or employee of the client, or a user of the client's assigned phone number is suspected of harassment, threat, fraud, illegal activity, or other harmful behavior in their use of the service. This may result in the disclosure to the client's management the complete content of the sender's messages, the sender's phone number, and the logged times involved in the correspondence.
TalkToTheManager, on rare occasions, will work with business customers that require that they have access to their customer's phone number in order to coordinate with their customers. In such cases, the business signs an agreement stating that they will not display signage or other calls to action to use the TalkToTheManager service that indicates to the business' customers that customer feedback is anonymous. Such businesses are not allowed to imply that customer feedback is anonymous, and they have access to their customers' phone numbers so that they may call them or access reservations by phone number without the need to ask for the customer's number.
