- When a business signs up for our service, we instantly provide a dedicated phone number to display at the business.
- Customers text their comments to the number as easily as texting a friend.
- Managers on duty receive the message on their phones by text or email. Managers don't see the customer's phone number.
- Managers can respond by text while the customer is still on premises, resolving issues or receiving praise for a great experience.
How to Collect Contact Tracing Information
Our service was made for anonymous customer feedback by text message, but our restaurant customers have been asking their customers to text their contact information instead, such as this:
"Before being seated, text your name, address, and email to (425) 555-0123 in accordance with health department regulations for contact tracing."
When a customer texts their name, address, and email, the information is timestamped.
In the dashboard, you can see all the messages received from the customers, and what time and date they texted, like this:
Reacting to a COVID-19 incident
When notified that a customer or employee of your restaurant had tested positive for COVID-19, you can access the dashboard and see which customers were present around that time. You'll have the information you need to provide to the health department.
