We've added a preference so that you can choose to receive an email when a customer completes your text-message survey.
How to get there
Log in and go to Preferences in the upper right corner. It used to be called Profile.
Once there, click Survey Preferences as seen below.
Check the "Notify by email" checkbox.
Now as soon as a survey is completed (that you have access to view results for), you'll receive a link to the results.
