We knew that within the customer messages you receive with TalkToTheManager there is data. And as management replies and interacts with customers, more data is produced. We wanted to turn this data into not just numbers, but actionable intelligence.
TalkToTheManager customers can upgrade to our new Pro package, and we'll migrate your messages into our analytics system. When you do, you'll also get SMS Surveys.

- Sentiment analysis of customer messages (positive/negative)

How to Upgrade
Log in, click the Manage tab and click the "upgrade account" link on the Billing panel. Choose the plan you'd like to upgrade to, and complete the upgrade.
