The improvements just keep coming. Back in December, we rolled out some great improvements, especially for customers with multiple locations.
Now we've further improved the service for customers managing multiple
locations and people assigned to each.

Clean, Unified UI
This may seem small to you, but there's something about similar functionality looking and working the same everywhere. we care so you don't have to. Hats off to the designers for creating a UI that is simplified, consistent, and predictable.
Sensibly Reorganized
We've moved the tutorials to their own tab - the "Learn" tab. And signage (downloads and ordering) are under their own tab, too. With those moved out of Settings, Settings has become the "Manage" tab.
"Find It" Feature
You're going to love this. We've never seen this feature in any dashboard, ever.
Since our launch back in 2012, we've had a number of features, and each time we add more, things get a little more complicated, and sometimes it's hard to find a feature or it takes a few clicks to navigate to it.
We're making both of those easier.
Say you want change a user's privileges. Go to Find It, and search for it. We'll figure out from your search what you're looking for. We're pretty smart.
Here we knew you were looking for changing a person's privileges. Click the link and we'll present you with a search for a person you have access to manage.
Once you've found them, click the arrow to go. We'll take you right to the UI for changing the user's privileges.
This is just one example. You can get just about everywhere in the dashboard with this feature.

Locations Management
The old way we displayed locations and their managers was just not helpful for companies with a large number of locations. It was not easily scannable nor was it easy to view.
The new hotness:
Now you can easily see locations, how many people are assigned to each location, and more detail about each location. The list is sortable and searchable.
That's right - you can search for a location by name, nickname, address, or city.
This location management differs from our Enterprise offering, which offers support for hundreds or thousands of locations in a hierarchical structure which mimics the organizational levels (regions, districts, etc).
Person Management
Employees & managers are now just "People". We're all just people. Let's hold hands now. Not all people receiving and replying to customers are managers or even employees, so we've just normalized to People.
Managing people looks similar to (that consistency thing again - see?) managing locations.
You can search for people by first name, last name, or email.
