The new dashboard has been reworked to work with how you use our dashboard:

New Features
View all messages across all locations
Now you can see all the messages received (and staff responses) across all locations in one view. The newest are on top. And you can easily change to a specific location by selecting it in the dropdown or clicking the location name in the messages list.
Search messages
Trying to remember what customer said that the lettuce was never fresh? And now you have a new supplier? Let that customer know. Just search for "lettuce" across one or all locations and find that customer, and respond right from the dashboard.
Improved reports
Now you can view improved reports:
- Message volume by location
- Positive messages by location
- Negative messages by location
- Management responses by location
- Customer messages for a single location
- Positive messages for a single location
- Management responses for a single location
- All can be viewed over:
- last 30 days
- single month
- single day (shown by hour)
- Print a chart
- Save chart as a PDF, png, jpeg, or svg
