By clicking a number on the yellow line (days of the month) you can go into that day and see messages by hour of that day:
You're fantastic customers, and you deserved much better than what we offered for a dashboard. So we went a bit "overboard" in building this for you.
We wanted to deliver some really useful analytics to provide a comprehensive picture of your customers' comments and management responses. You'll find that this is a terrific way to review text messages received by management, as well as discover ways to improve your business operations.
Our goals were:
- provide a way to see an entire month or day in one view
- indicate the number of positive and negative messages received
- indicate by hour and by day when your business receives the most negative and positive comments
- provide a way for you to determine trouble spots by:
- times of day
- days of the week
- parts of the month
- "drill down" into positive or negative messages to see what the messages were during a specific day or hour.
