We love requests from our customers. This was a feature we had been thinking of adding, but after the great demand we just went ahead and did it. See picture at left for an example.
When a customer first uses TalkToTheManager by texting the owner (and management staff) at your business, they get an auto-reply that carries the TalkToTheManager branding, and gives them a link to find out more. We add the link not only to help the customer get more info about TalkToTheManager, but to comply with the Mobile Marketing Association's guidelines.
After that introduction portion, you have space to express yourself!
So here's how you add it your custom message. Log in and go to "edit location" on the left menu (if you have more than one location, select the one you want to edit from the dropdown of locations). At the bottom of the form there is a new field. Just enter the text you want the customer to see in the box. You get 77 characters. It's not much, so be creative! The little green counter on the right tells you how many characters you have left.
In the example above, the text I added shows up at the end of the auto-reply (in the picture of phone at top).
