Yay, new feature! You now have a choice when getting anonymous comments from customers: get them by SMS (text message), e-mail, or both!

edit profile - send to email

To start getting comments by e-mail, log in to your TalkToTheManager account, go edit your profile, and check the new box for "send messages to email". It's that easy!

To respond to customers, you'll still need to do so with your cell phone.
